Description
Developed for use in all types of racing, the COOLSHIRT Portable Bag System provides a driver cooling alternative for race cars that have limited space with no room for the standard hard coolers.
Drag racers are discovering it s versatility and it has also become very popular with driving school instructors and students as it can be fitted with a cigarette lighter adapter and easily moved from car to car as needed.
The system comes in two sizes (6qt or 12qt) and provides the same superior cooling as our other racing systems. It helps keep drivers cool and mentally alert right through their final laps, when heat fatigue usually occurs.
Emergency pull release standard on all racing products.

Troubleshooting:
1)Leaks: Check to see if all fittings are properly connected. Listen for audible click .
2)Not Pumping:recheck electrical connections.
3) Water not flowing: Check the hoses to be sure that something is not crimping the tubing. If the pump is running but not pumping water, add one more quart of water.
Maintenance:
1) COOLSHIRT:
Turn the shirt inside out and wash in washing machine on the gentle cycle in
warm or cold water. Let drip dry or dry in laundry bag dryer.
2) Add one 2 ounce bottle of Maintenance Additive (MA-16) in the cooling unit with the ice and water each time the unit is used.
This will keep the pump, hoses and vest lines clear of the buildup that occurs naturally in water circulation systems and increase the performance
and lifetime of the pump. You can also drain the hose and vest after each use with the UniversalConnector & Drain kit .
